The Aerobics Department offers a wide range of energizing classes. Some of our more popular classes include: StepKickboxing, Body Worx, Indoor Group Cycling, and Aqua Aerobics just to name a few. Aerobics Classes are designed to target the Cardiovascular. These classes are perfect for anyone looking to get in shape and have fun at the same time. Dance Boogie Remix

A cardio dance extravaganza, we'll do multiple routines to your favorite hits. From salsa to hip hop, afro-latino to country. Simple steps. High energy. Hot new songs. Variety. We won't just dance...we'll BOOGIE. Tuesday Nights @ 5:30pm in the Sky Studio.

Gliding

Using Gliding Discs you'll exercise like you've never done before in smooth, graceful movements that firm and tone to give you long, lean muscles. The revolutionary sliding motion engages your muscles to work in their full range of motion to help strengthen and lengthen all the major muscle groups in your body. Monday Nights @ 6:30pm in the Signature Studio.

Spin n' Sculpt w/ Noel

Get your Cardio and Strength Training all done in one hour! This class starts with 20 minutes of body sculpting using body bars, hand weights and Spri bands, which is followed with 25 minutes of intense cycling and ends with 15 minutes of core work and finally stretch. Wednesdays with Noel 12:15-1:15pm In the Signature Studio FREE CLASS FOR MEMBERS!!
