swim, lessons, and classes.
The pool is accessible during club hours: 5:10 am
- 10:00 pm Monday - Friday

Join us every week for Aqua Aerobics. This class combines stretching,
cardiovascular work, and water walking, performed to music. Great for
all levels of fitness.
The class meets on: Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday
10:30 am - 11:30 am
Saturday 9:00 am - 10:00 am.
Important Reminder
WHEN NO LIFEGUARD IS ON DUTY State Law requires that children under
the age of 14 must be supervised by an adult while using the swimming
pool. Children under the age of 14 must be supervised at all times
by an adult while using the hot tub. When lifeguards are on duty they
will be clearing the pool and outdoor hot tub of children under the age
of 14 every hour on the hour for 10 minutes. Thank you for your cooperation.
Harbor Bay Club Pool Rules:
1. Children under age 14 must be accompanied
by an adult (over age 18) to use the swimming pool or hot tub when there
is no lifeguard on duty. This is a California State Law as well as a Club
rule.
2. Even
with lifeguards present,
children age 10 and
under must have their
Harbor Bay Club "Safe Swimmer Badge"
with them at the pool;
otherwise, an adult
must be in attendance
with the child at
all times. Club lifeguards
are available to test
children for these
badges. All other
children, regardless
of age who have not
tested water safe,
must be attended by
an adult.
3. When the lifeguard is off duty, all
unattended children under age 14 must clear the pool and vacate the area.
4. Non-swimmers playing on the pool steps
are required to have an adult sitting at the edge of the pool, watching
them, even when a lifeguard is on duty. Non-swimmers that leave the steps
are required to have an adult in the water with them.
5. Hanging, sitting or playing on the
lane markers is prohibited.
6. All drinks on the pool deck must be
in non-breakable containers. No glass is allowed in the pool area.
7. All swimmers must wear appropriate
swim attire while in the pool. Cutoffs and/or T-shirts are prohibited.
8. Running, rough play, balls, Frisbees,
water guns or other toys are prohibited in or around the pool.
9. Only front jumps are permitted. Absolutely
no diving is allowed.
10. Children's pull-floats, air mattresses
and boats are not allowed in the pool. Kick boards are allowed in lap
lanes for swimming purposes only.
11. Children wearing water wings or supported
by other flotation devices must have an adult in the water with them at
all times.
12. Children in diapers must be wearing
a swim diaper at all times when in the pool.
13. When lifeguards are on duty, they
will be clearing the pool and outdoor hot tub of children under the age
14 every hour on the hour for 10 minutes. This will be a reminder for
the children to use the restroom, and it is mandatory that they leave
the water. Adults and children in swim lessons will no be required to
get out of the pool.
14. Failure to adhere to the above rules
or additional rules posted in the pool area will result in expulsion from
the pool area for the remainder of the day. Only one (1) warning will
be given.
The safety of your children is the paramount concern of our staff. When
there is no lifeguard on duty, we would appreciate parent cooperation
with the rules. Thank you for your support.
