Welcome to the Harbor Bay Club Fitness Department. The Fitness Staff is pleased to help you get started on your way to achieving your fitness goals. Our certified fitness trainers will help you design a workout program that incorporates our Cybex training equipment, free weights, or a combination of both. Also, we will establish a target heart rate for Cardiovascular Exercise. We offer personal Trainers to customize workout programs on an individual basis. Fitness Orientations for New Members

Appointment #1

You will receive approximately one hour with a Fitness Trainer. A confidential Health History will be taken and an optional Fitness Evaluation completed including Aerobic Fitness, Muscular Fitness, Flexibility Evaluation and Body Composition. Workout attire is necessary.

Appointment #2

You will receive approximately one hour with a Fitness Trainer. Your Trainer will design a personal program covering Cardiovascular, Flexibility and Abdominal Training based upon the results of your Health History and Fitness Evaluation. Workout attire is necessary.

Appointment #3

You will receive approximately one hour with a Fitness Trainer. Your Trainer will design a personal Strength Training Program using the Cybex Equipment and/or Free Weights based upon the results of your Health History and Fitness Evaluation. Workout attire is necessary.
